Jay Shah officially assumed the role of Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC), becoming the fifth Indian to lead the global cricket body. In his first statement as ICC Chairman, Shah highlighted his key priorities, including leveraging cricket’s inclusion in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games to expand the sport’s global reach.
